Hi I’m Johanna !
I’m a Yoga and Pilates instructor, psychology student, and former professional dancer.
Movement has been my constant companion for as long as I can remember — a place where I feel grounded, expressive, and truly myself. From an early age, I discovered that movement is more than a physical experience; it’s a language of the body and the heart. Dancing taught me discipline and presence, Pilates brought strength and balance, and Yoga became the path that connects everything — body, mind, and breath.
I completed my 500-hour Vinyasa-Ashtanga teacher training and 50-hour Yin Yoga training in Bali, as well as the Kane School Mat Pilates teacher training in Germany. Today, I teach several weekly Yoga and Pilates classes in my hometown Kassel, sharing my love for mindful, embodied movement with my community.
Through my teaching, I aim to create spaces where others can reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner strength. My intention is to offer warmth, clarity, and mindful guidance so that every individual can explore movement in their own way and at their own pace.
I’m grateful to walk this path, to keep learning, and to support others on their journeys toward balance, strength, and inner peace.
