Ashtanga Yoga Workshop – Led Primary Series
Join me for a 2.5-hour Ashtanga Yoga workshop where we will move together through the traditional Primary Series in a guided, breath-led flow. This workshop is open to all levels – whether you are new to Ashtanga or already familiar with the sequence.
Ashtanga Yoga links breath and movement in a steady rhythm, creating a powerful moving meditation. The practice helps to build strength, flexibility and stability, while offering structure for developing a consistent and personal yoga practice.
You will be guided through the sequence with clear breath cues, and variations will be offered so you can explore the practice in a way that feels supportive for your body.
